Shipping Charges

• ₹100 for all orders below ₹999
• FREE shipping on orders ₹999 and above
• No extra charges for prepaid orders
• COD orders incur a ₹100 COD fee

Order Processing

• Orders placed before 12 PM (noon) are processed the same day
• Orders placed after 12 PM are processed within 24 hours
• Orders received on Sundays or national holidays are processed on the next business day

1. Returns for Damaged Products

In the unfortunate event you receive a damaged item, please follow these steps within 8 days of delivery:

1. Capture Unboxing Video
   - Record the entire parcel opening—uncut and in one shot—to document the damage.
2. Submit Your Claim
   - Email your video plus order number to hello@clipclapkart.store or send via Whatsapp to the number below.
3. Verification
   - Our team will review your footage to confirm the damage.
4. Return Authorization
   - Once approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label or arrange pick-up—no extra cost to you.
5. Replacement or Refund
   - Choose a replacement item or full refund; we’ll process it within 3 business days of receiving the damaged product.
   

2. Exchanges & Incorrect Items

• If you receive the wrong product or a defective item (outside major breakage), let us know within 8 days of delivery.
  
• Send a clear photo of the product and your order details to hello@clipclapkart.store.
  
• We’ll ship the correct item at no extra charge—no need to return the incorrect one.
