At Furxotic, we value your trust and strive to provide a smooth shopping experience from order to delivery. However, if you ever need to cancel, return, or replace your order — here’s everything you need to know.

 


 

🛑 Cancellation Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please reach out to our support team via WhatsApp (preferred) at +91 8928892337 or email us at furxotic@gmail.com / info@furxotic.com.

  • If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and process your refund within 3–4 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, since no payment has been made, there is no refund applicable for cancellations before dispatch.

  • For prepaid orders, your amount will be refunded via the original payment method within 3–4 business days after confirmation.

 


 

💬 How Refunds Are Processed

  • For online payments (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.), the refund will be processed to the same payment method used during purchase.

  • Refunds are processed within 24 hours of approval and typically reflect in your original payment method within 4–5 business days.

  • For wallet or special credit refunds, customers can access their balance directly from their account on our website.

 


 

🔁 Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

We want you to love your purchase!

If you receive a product you’re not satisfied with, you can raise a return or exchange request within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Items that are opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return or refund.

If a replacement has been approved, the new product will be dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days, based on your location and courier service availability.


 

📦 How to Return a Product

Step 1: Contact us via WhatsApp (+91 8928892337) or email (furxotic@gmail.com / info@furxotic.com) within 3 business days of receiving your order.

Step 2: Share your order ID, details, and images of the product and invoice.

Step 3: Once approved, please courier the item back to us in its original packaging.

Your refund or replacement will be processed after the product is received and verified at our warehouse.

 


 

🚫 Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:

  • The product is used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

  • Returned without original packaging, tags, labels, freebies, or accessories.

  • The return request is raised after 3 business days of delivery.

  • The item was a free gift or promotional product.

 


 

⚠️ Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product Received

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 3 business days of delivery via WhatsApp or email.

  2. Provide your order ID, product photos, and invoice.

  3. Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup within 2–4 business days.

  4. Replacements are subject to stock availability — if unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

 


 

🧾 Partial Returns

Yes, you can return part of your order.

However, all items within that product set (including any complimentary products or accessories) must be returned together.

 


 

💸 Refund Timeline

Refunds are initiated once the returned items are received and verified.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation.

Please allow 3–7 business days after product verification for the refund to reflect.
