At Furxotic, every order is handled with care and passes through a quality-check process before dispatch. We aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read the policy below carefully before placing an order.


Return Eligibility Window

  • Any return, replacement, or refund request must be raised within 3 days from the date of delivery.

  • Requests raised after this period will not be considered.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with original packaging, where applicable.

Mandatory Unboxing Video (Required for Support)

To ensure fair resolution and prevent misuse, a clear unboxing video is mandatory for all complaints related to:

  • Missing items

  • Damaged products

  • Incorrect items received

  • Refund or replacement requests

Unboxing video requirements:

  • The video must show the sealed package clearly before opening

  • It must be a single, continuous recording (no cuts or edits)

  • Product and packaging must be clearly visible

Any request submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for support, refund, or replacement.

 


Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or missing, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your Order ID

  • Mandatory unboxing video

  • Clear images of the product (if applicable)

Once verified, we will proceed with a replacement or refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.


 

Quality-Check Exceptions

All products undergo a final inspection before dispatch.

In rare cases, if an item does not meet our quality standards during packing, we reserve the right to remove that item from your order.

In such situations:

  • You will be notified in advance

  • We will first offer a replacement of a similar design or equivalent product

  • If a replacement is unavailable or not suitable, a refund for the affected item will be issued


No Returns for Change of Mind

Returns or refunds due to personal preference, incorrect selection, or change of mind are not accepted under any circumstances.

We request customers to carefully review product details before placing an order.


 

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases

The following cases are strictly not eligible for return or refund:

  • Requests without a valid unboxing video

  • Used, altered, or damaged products (not caused during transit)

  • Products without original packaging

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

  • Sale or clearance items (if applicable)


 

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping and handling charges (if any) are non-refundable.


Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
